first of all, why are they giving out rooms with no hot water at all? secondly, is it right to just ask their guests to hope for good news indefinitively without providing any alternative solution? thirdly, are the guests supposed to seek answers and solutions directly from the manager when checking out? eventually the hot water was back on after 10pm. ![]() i asked what if it did not and was told i would have to talk to the manager when check-out. so i called the service and was told that the hot water boiler was down and HOPEFULLY it would be back on. we got our room and everything was nice until we found there was no hot water in the room. ![]() so i would normally give a 4 to 5 rating for this kind of accommodation except that we experienced some hiccup and the related service that dissapointed us. First of all, the hotel is at convenient location and the hotel room is nice and clean.
